Fairlight Frequencies is a body of work devoted to the return to resonance based in North Fork, California, in the Sierra foothills near Bass Lake and Yosemite. Sessions are offered to local residents, travelers, retreat guests, and visitors seeking a place to rest, listen, and return during their time in the mountains.
It is rooted in the understanding that resonance is a natural state the body and mind already know, a state of greater coherence, presence, clarity, and inner harmony. Stress, tension, overwhelm, and disconnection pull us away from that natural coherence. The work offered through Fairlight Frequencies supports the return by helping to create the conditions in which the systems can begin to soften, reorganize, and remember their way back toward balance.
At the center of this work is the gong.
Through immersive sound, vibration, stillness, and attuned presence, the system is invited into a different relationship with itself. What has been held can begin to release. What has been braced can begin to soften. What has been scattered can begin to gather. The work may be experienced as deep rest, emotional unwinding, clearer awareness, inner spaciousness, greater capacity and stability to ride lifes waves, or a more grounded sense of coherence.
Fairlight Frequencies is not only about relaxation, though relaxation is often where the process begins. It is about the deeper return to resonance, the state in which the body, nervous system, mind, and awareness are no longer working against each other, but begin moving in greater harmony.
This work is offered through private sessions, group experiences, retreats, special events, and supportive practices that deepen the process of return.
Fairlight Frequencies is a space to remember yourself.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to what is felt rather than seen, the subtle, vibrational essence beneath experience.
My path into this work began through the body.
After an accident, yoga became a way for me to heal, restore balance, and begin listening to myself in a different way. What started as physical healing slowly became something much deeper. Movement led me into breath. Breath led me into awareness. Awareness led me into stillness. And over time, stillness led me into sound.
That same sensitivity, the pull toward what is felt beneath the surface, became the thread that guided me deeper. It was there in the body as sensation, in the breath as rhythm, in stillness as presence, and eventually in sound as vibration.
For more than 13 years, I have been immersed in the practice and teaching of yoga and meditation, with sound becoming an increasingly central part of that path. My background includes multiple trainings and certifications in yoga, meditation, sound therapy, gong meditation, and gong based mentorship.
These studies have shaped the foundation of my work, but the deeper learning has come through direct practice, listening, teaching, and holding space, witnessing again and again how the body responds when it is given the right conditions to soften, reorganize, and return.
Through this path, I came to understand alignment as something larger than the physical body. It includes the nervous system, the breath, the mind, the felt sense, and the way we perceive and relate to experience. I saw how the whole system naturally moves toward coherence when it is met with sound, stillness, presence, and care.
This work grew from that recognition,
slowly and organically, through years of practice, listening, and witnessing what kept revealing itself.
Over time, I began to understand that what I was witnessing was the body and mind returning to something they already knew, a deeper resonance, a more natural coherence, a quieter and more spacious way of being.
That understanding became the heart of Fairlight Frequencies.
Through Fairlight Frequencies, I offer gong centered sound work that supports the body, mind, and nervous system in releasing, regulating, and returning toward greater coherence and resonance. My work is rooted in presence, sensitivity, deep listening, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence.
Fairlight is my middle name, a name I have always felt connected to, and one that naturally became part of how this work is expressed and shared. Over time, it has come to reflect the spirit of the work itself: balance and illumination, harmony and awakening.
In many ways, Fairlight Frequencies is the expression of that lifelong listening, a devotion to what is felt beneath the surface, and to the resonance that begins to return when the body is given space to listen.
A space to soften.
A space to listen.
A space to remember.
