The Fairlight Frequency is the name I use for the field at the center of this work. It is the quality of space this work is devoted to holding: a field of coherence, receptivity, listening, and return.
Within this field, the whole system is given room to soften, reorganize, and remember its natural movement back toward resonance. This is why the work can feel deeper than technique alone. The gong matters. The breath matters. Stillness matters. Presence matters. The way the space is held matters. Together, these create the conditions for the return.
