A sound bath is a wide and all-encompassing sound experience where you are surrounded by many textures of sound.
Unlike a private gong resonance session, which centers primarily on the gong, a sound bath may weave together gongs, bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, drums, voice, and other resonant instruments to create a fuller sensory atmosphere.
The experience can feel rich, spacious, dreamlike, and deeply inward.
Different sounds move through the space in layers, creating a field of vibration, rhythm, tone, and silence.
Some people experience deep rest. Others notice emotional release, imagery, creativity, reflection, or a sense of being gently carried by sound.
Each session is designed around your intentions.
