There is nothing to perform and no structure you need to follow. The experience begins simply by giving the body and mind space to slow down.

Cacao is thoughtfully prepared and can be shaped to the tone of the session , grounding, uplifting, or deeply nourishing. As the experience unfolds, sound is introduced through crystal singing bowls, subtle tonal instruments, and gentle resonance placed both around and on the body.
The body is supported in softening.
The mind begins to quiet.
Awareness opens in a natural, unforced way.
This is not an active practice. It is a space for presence, connection, and receiving.
