Sound Bath

Hanging percussion instruments with a cloth on a wooden wall.

A LAYERED EXPERIENCE OF SOUND. ATMOSPHERE, AND DEEP RECEIVING.

A sound bath is a wide and all-encompassing sound experience where you are surrounded by many textures of sound.

Unlike a private gong resonance session, which centers primarily on the gong, a sound bath may weave together gongs, bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, drums, voice, and other resonant instruments to create a fuller sensory atmosphere.

The experience can feel rich, spacious, dreamlike, and deeply inward. Different sounds move through the room in layers, creating a field of vibration, rhythm, tone, and silence. Some people experience deep rest. Others feel emotional release, imagery, creativity, reflection, or a sense of being gently carried by sound.

People may come to a sound bath for many reasons: rest, release, emotional reset, creative opening, connection, ceremony, or the desire to be immersed in a richer and more expansive sound experience.

Each session meets the group where it is and unfolds from there. You are invited to lie back, receive, and allow the sound to move through the space in its own way.

Optional cacao may be added for an additional fee.

SOUND BATH SESSION

A group sound experience that weaves together gongs, bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, drums, and other resonant instruments to create a rich field of sound, vibration, and stillness. These sessions are supportive for rest, release, reflection, creative opening, and inward listening.  Sound baths can also be a meaningful way to gather. Whether offered for a circle, retreat, celebration, seasonal gathering, or community event, the shared field of sound creates a space where people can rest together, listen together, and enter a deeper sense of presence as a group.
